Food safety first

Because we sell edible products, opened pouches cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and batch details. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched.
